I understand that payment for a Birthday Party Program is due in full within five (5) days of making a booking and that my reservation will be cancelled if payment is not made in that time. I may cancel spaces OR the entire reservation for a complete refund if done more than seven (7) days prior to the birthday program. If I cancel spaces OR the entire party less than size (6) days prior to the birthday party, I understand that there is no refund. I understand that programs are run rain or shine and I cannot cancel due to weather. I understand that Dolphin Encounters reserves the right to cancel a program such as for severe weather with a full refund available.
