Rules and Regulations

We do suggest that reservations for a wedding be made at least 3 months in advance, although, a wedding can be accommodated with shorter notice once there is availability.
A Dolphin Encounter wedding can be considered as a casually dressed event, and we do suggest that all attire be either resort wear or swimwear.
Wedding packages must be pre-paid for in full, and become non-refundable two months prior to the wedding day, due to preparations that must be made.
We operate rain or shine, and refunds are not issued for bad weather.
Certain program restrictions apply which are forwarded upon booking.
