The Marine Explorer program is designed for teachers who want to connect classroom curriculum with real-world marine science. This field trip combines unforgettable animal encounters with focused, hands-on learning that supports science inquiry and environmental education.
The day begins with a dolphin orientation and shallow-water encounter that sparks excitement in learners of all ages. That enthusiasm fuels the next phase of the day: a Marine Activity Session led by Blue Lagoon educators. Teachers can choose from a wide range of marine topics that align with classroom goals and student interests.
This 5-hour program on Blue Lagoon Island blends discovery, fun, and curriculum-aligned learning into a single unforgettable adventure.

What to Bring
- Comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes or water shoes
- Hat, sunscreen, and water bottle
- Towel and change of clothes (optional)
- Completed waiver for each participant
Know Before You Go
- Program runs from 8:00 AM to approximately 1:00 PM
- Return to Paradise Island typically by 1:30 PM
- All education groups must book in advance and submit full payment
- Group must choose marine activity topic prior to arrival
- Waivers are required for all participants
Photo & Video
- Personal cameras are not permitted during the dolphin encounter
- Professional photo packages available for purchase at the Photo Lab
Restrictions
- Group size: 10–30 students
- Grades 3 through College
- Education rate available only to schools or student organizations
- 100% pre-payment required to confirm booking
- Tickets are non-refundable
- Students must be supervised by educators at all times
